Thibeault Terrace · Pinewood
Put your actual hospital, university or Canadore campus entrance on the list. Compare each address's route, crossings and return trip; the name of an area does not establish convenient access.
Airport Hill · Graniteville
The airport, 22 Wing/CFB, aviation campus and ski hill are separate destinations. The upper ski lodge is at 15 Janey Avenue; the lower arrival is at 900 Ski Club Road. Check the entrance you need.
Downtown & Central · Pinewood
Try the route to the library, Capitol Centre, museum or waterfront from the property's door. Note crossings, stairs, parking and the return journey instead of assuming a whole area is walkable.
Birchaven · West Ferris (Ferris)
Compare the particular public beach, park, trail or WFCU Place entrance you would use. WFCU Place opened August 21, 2026; check current hours. A view or nearby public access does not establish waterfront rights.
Take this to the viewing
Check entrances, stairs, room dimensions, storage and the path from parking to the door. Compare the actual home, not a supposed neighbourhood housing mix.
Confirm permitted uses, extra dwelling units, permits and inspection records with the City. An advertised suite or past rental is not proof of approval.
Establish parking rights, shared-driveway terms, snow-storage space and maintenance responsibilities. Revisit access with winter conditions in mind.
Review drainage, servicing and property-specific conservation information. Check title and permissions for any shoreline access or structures.
Test exact entrances, bus stops, crossings and the return trip. Use current transit information rather than fixed travel times or schedules.
Check the specific address and program with the relevant school board. A nearby school or neighbourhood name is not a catchment or enrolment guarantee.
